  • Recovery - Learn to recharge yourself as much as you recharge your phone! The importance of stretching, yoga and sleep.

  • Nutrition - Learn practical and helpful tips around fuelling and refuelling, energy levels and what high schoolers need from my team mate and fellow Olympian Sam Charlton.
